Mini Consent Workshop
Learn how to confidently give and receive a yes or no, make requests, and respond with kindness and authenticity to the invitations of others. Through guided exercises, you’ll practice clear communication and respectful interaction, building essential skills for everyday life.
Hug Painting
Put your newfound consent skills into action with a playful and artistic twist! Inspired by childhood butterfly paintings, hug painting involves pressing painted paper together in the middle of a hug—with full consent, of course! The art in this experience lies in the conversations and agreements made before any touch that takes place.
Participation Options
This workshop is designed for everyone— with touch or non-touch options. Various ways to engage will be provided, allowing each participant to create and connect in a way that feels right for them. Touch is never a requirement to participate.
Ready to paint, hug, and learn? We can’t wait to see you there!
